Job Summary

  • Pinewoods Technology Services is looking for young and dynamic female candidates who are ambitious and have the zeal to achieve set goals for the post of Customer Support Executive.
  • Your role is to ensure our customers receive outstanding support and all their needs are met.
  • You will have to assist our customers with technical problems when using our products and services. Your responsibility will include resolving customer queries and recommending solutions to achieve customer satisfaction.


  • Demonstrates ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating when necessary
  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Draft quotations as per customers’ request
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Prompt response to customer inquiries.
  • Effective problem-solving skills including decision making, time management and immediate prioritization of tasks as assigned
  • Ability to approach problems logically and rationally
  • Communicating with customers via Chat, Email or Calls; follow up with customers
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Knowing our products thoroughly so that customer queries can be solved.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.


  • High School Diploma or Degree or Equivalent
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Young and Dynamic Female Candidates
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Patience when handling tough cases
  • Understanding of how CRM systems work
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Good comprehension skills ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
  • Ability to concentrate follow customers issues without distraction to resolution
  • Good composition skills ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response
  • Understanding of how CRM systems work
  • Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email or chat
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
